Very discouraged. Been avoiding the scale for a while. Found this app when I had 15 to lose, now my goal is double that since I’ve been steadily gaining for a couple years. Had bloodwork to see if anything medical. Nope. Just emotional eating and not enough consistent exercise. Give me some love, community, so I can do this.
