Today 08.04.2013. will be end of my 1st week.
Result is 2 kg less.
I am reducing calorie intake and it's going pretty well.
Happy and motivated and not hungry anymore.

1980 cal per day to maintain current weight without exercise.
1776 calories per day to reach my goal weight slowly and maintain that weight without exercise.
If I reduce my daily intake to 1480 calories per day I will lose one pound per week without exercise.
So far, I am trying not to reach 1000 cal per day + bonus exercise at least 3 times per week.
