Well, I got on the scale this morning. Don't really know what made me do it as I've not been concerned with my weight for the past 17 days. That's the time frame when I first joined this site. Seems longer than 17 days though. I am both confused and pleased as punch that I did not gain an ounce. Seems surprising with the utter lack of movement and eating pretty much everything but the kitchen sink. Maybe this is my unconscious way of getting back on track....maybe

My yearly family get together was today and needless to say paying attention to my eating habits did not fall into the plan today. I ate with abandon and feel oh so bloated right now. I mean uncomfortably so too.
Tomorrow I want to get in a workout, but I also have to tend to laundry and household chores. I also need to plan my meals for the week or at least for Monday.
Hmm, I re-read that last paragraph and it seems as if I'm not putting enough emphasis on my needed workout. I do tend to get whipped after climbing three flights of stairs doing multiple loads of laundry. I will really work on not making my workout an afterthought tomorrow.

I found this site while looking for nutrition info. I've been on many sites, but I like the format of this one so I'll hang out here for a bit. I'm not following the "you on a diet" per-see, but more of the principles.
My sis and I are starting on a fitness program by beachbody.com called slim series. I'm not sure if I'll make it through cause that it a very hard program. My sis is my inspiration though, however she doesn't work at the moment so has much more time to focus.
I keep paying close attention to my diet and then doing a bing thing. Like tonight I just kept snacking and I don't know why. I wasn't hungry so there's really no reason for it accept lack of willpower maybe. I'll definitely have to work on that.
