The good news is I didnt gain anything since my last log on in December. The bad news is I didnt lose anything either. I need to do this. I need to be healthy. My body isnt going to do this by itself. Here it goes...

Cons- no doing super hot at making smart choices or staying within points
Pro- Im journaling the good the bad and the ugly.
Im hoping this helps me to "see" the problems and figure out why. I need to do better, I need to stay on track. I hope that after the holidays I will be in a better mind set to do so.
