so today for a moment i was really proud of me my mom offered me a whoel bunch of sweets and chocolate and i nicely gave it back to her and made her lunch gotta admit i went cray i did some onion chicken(my speciality) and some chicken pasta(it's jsut pasta cooked in chicken broth) and for dessert an apple avocado smoothie..(you should try the combination it's DIVINE) anyway after i went cray on those i started to feel really sick :s and everything came back up before i reached the bathroom i think it's the milk i had this morning idk anyways so after all that good food was out i went to sleep and was to afraid to take dinner so i just stayed in bed.Oh well tomorow is the weight in an di really hope this little incident didn't do much to my weight loss i'm really hopping tyo have loose at least hafl a pound or so or even one pound woudl be really good :) by then saty strong faithfull dieters we will mak eit

so today has been a very tirein day didn't get much sleep either i binge a little for lunch because i had some of my mom fried fish but due to the fact that i wasn't feelin well these past few days it came right back up..:/ anyways i still manage to keep my calorie intake below 1000 or less if possible doing sports on a regular basis..walking,step,yoga etc..and i'm already startin to see some tiny changes in my body like feeling less tight ins ome clothes waking up not feelin bloated...up to now i've not weight myself just because i 'm plannin on weightin in every week (7 days) so weight in wil be on wednesday can't wait to see the numbers but stil l a little anxious..oh well i did notice some changes in my habits as in have no longer cravings for eating HUGE amounts of food i follow my diet as plan when i can :p even if it's hard and i even found out a new tip to avoid snacking in the middle of the night i don't know if it'll work for you gotta admit its a little trigering.. but yh wtv i go on youtube and look for videos of foods i would like to cook or eat and then learn how to make them with less calories the next day :) it's preetty effective on me. by then stay strong faithful dieters we will make it :)
