Baby steps are really going great for me I have been working out and eating somewhat consistent nutritious healthy meals and working on my mind more than anything its simple if it doesn't feel good don't do it !! example ... Yesterday I had a great workout and ate great all day carbs and calories in check and thennnn lol smash burger and frozen yogurt happened ... the only thing about it that I kind of scolded myself about was eating until I was unbearably stuffed with the frozen yogurt but I lived life and enjoyed my burger I had to remind myself that I'm in no race and Fit is life now so one day of 164 carbs isn't going to undo the work I've put in thus far and will continue to do so EAT THE DAMN BURGER just not everyday of every week *wink wink
