Like many others, trying to loose weight.
Been almost stationary for the last 15 years, working in IT, so sitting most of the time.
I used to have about 75kg for most of my life which went to 95kg in the last 15 years.
Started to count my calories for the first time in my life, also started running and doing pushups in the morning and evening.
We will see how it goes, im trying to keep the calories below 2k every day although i feel really hungry sometimes.
Im not doing this because of the looks, im doing it because i used to live in an app. building and now ive build my own house and i have a lot of physical work, which is hard to do because i gas out really quickly.
The plan is to loose 15kgs and gain so condition through running so that the day to day work will be easier :)
