UUGGHHH spent all day Saturday with my daughter family for my grand daughters birthdays. I hate sweets so I very easily passed on the cake but the girls wanted to see Pan and Hotel Transylvania 2. I got the kid pack which is an extra small popcorn, I drank water & gave the fruit gummies to my hubby (the body builder) & had a salted parmesan pretzel. After the first movie we had Mexican I FREAKEN LOVE MEXICAN. Had a smothered burrito didn't eat the beans or rice and of course name one person who can resist the chips & salsa..... to make my Saturday worst I had book club after at an Italian restaurant had spicy chicken alfredo with water & none of the yummy butter garlic bread they put on the table.
This morning my daughter informed me she is sick & the girls are coming down with what ever she has. I woke Sunday with a scratchy throat this morning I have a runny nose and a little cough....going to take Emergen-C to see if I can nip this in the bud.

so my feet & ankles we getting swollen all last week I figured it was from the heat, booze, and all the walking we did in Puerto Rico (yes I drank plenty of water). I Epson salt last night cuz I was still a little swollen & lost 2 lbs of water weight (has to be). Is that normal? My feet are back to normal & they stop hurting.
Back to the gym this morning IT'S SOO GREAT. I missed working out.

I'm back....
This is the first time I've ever gone on vacation and lost weight: 3 lbs.
We were always on the run & Puerto Rico sooooo hilly and the food is terrible, but other then that it was great. We were constantly on the run going here & there up & down hills & mountains, snorkeling for hours on end. Because I hated the food I ate very little heavy food. Lots of oatmeal, yogurt, fruits and eggs.
We had a woman who went with only $200 for a 7 day trip so we always had to cater to her budget so a lot of food I didn't care for. I think if we could have gone to better restaurant I would have enjoyed the food. Poor girl kept having to pull money from her debit card.

I have class tonight & haven't had time to study. It's not like I can fake my way out of it; I'm taking sign language. I'm not doing much here at work so I'll study.
Looked at the weather in Puerto Rico I'm not going to pay any attention to the 10% chance of rain all week because it always rain a little in that part of the world. So excited!!!!
I hope the hotel we are staying in has a gym. Told a friend that I work out while on vacation she asked why when I'm constantly on the move (zip line, hiking, snorkeling, kayaking....). I told her because I'm also constantly eating. Duh that's why I'm fat. I rarely gain weight when on vacation because I like to do things. Even a nice relaxing day on the beach I take my snorkel gear & go for a long swim.

Flying out to Puerto Rico Saturday with friends. Totally not ready I still need snorkel gear & don't know what I'm packing. But got a few days.
I'm a big girl & one of the 3 friends I'm going with is as well. I mentioned that I'm packing my bikini she made a face & said why don't you pack a one piece instead. At first it made me feel bad then I realized she has body image issues that I don't have. If I like it I wear it and I shouldn't let her issues affect me.
My bikini's aren't scandalous. Yeah I got lumps, bumps, stretch marks and cottage cheese but it's not bad & you don't have to look if you don't like.
