I had surgery this week. I also had to sit at computer for 3 days to get caught up on work. I was not able to exercise since last Tuesday. I have a nervous habit of eating while I'm working at the computer. I need to count my points better than usual. I should get away from the computer by Wednesday. I'll be able to go back to water aerobics on Tuesday. I did take a walk yesterday. I seem to get the most hungry in early evening and on. My husband now weighs 225 while I weigh 243.5.and he is 5'11". and I'm 5'6".
He was very hard to live with last week yelling and cussing a lot. I could not even enjoy watching my college team play. He is one of the most negative people I know and to think I married him because he was funny. Both of us working from our home makes it even worse. Now by today he is calmer and nicer but its Sunday and it will all start over tomow. I do believe I'm an emotional eater. I need to work on that. So I'm starting over today and try to lose 2 pounds this week.

I get so mad at myself every year at this time. Last summer I did water aerobics 6 times a week and lost 30 lbs. although no one in my family except one son noticed. I guess I am soooo fat that I'll have to lose 50lbs. for anyone to notice. I even had one good friend basically call me a liar. She said really Paige I don't see any difference in you. Sometime I wish people would lie. My husband never gives me any complements. He hates my hair, clothes and never notices my weight loss even when he sees me following a plan.
My reason for wating to lose weight are health related now. At 62 years of age I want to keep snow skiing and be athletic. This is the first time my weight is stopping my activity level. I have had plantar facitious and some knee problems. So its not for any upcoming event or recognition from my family and friens. It is for MY HEALTH.
I started counting points last Sunday and have done pretty good I went out and bought lots of veggies and fruit.
Wish me well.
I lost 5 lbs. this week.
