Weight = 98kg. Ate only vegetable for dinner. After two hours went for a strenuouse 90 minutes walkout. This morning went for 60min. Workout. Then,
weight = 94kg.

I am 70 years old, 1.6mtr. Height and weigh today 98kg. On 13th. April 2014, I weighed 86kg.
I do strenuous walkout for 60-90 minutes 6day/wk and still my weight is increasing instead of decreasing. I atrebute this abnormality to my feeding which is made up of mostly carbohydrate . In my country, our deit is mostly made up of carbohydrate. I do not really know how to get out of this situation!! I have to reduce my weight to at least 70kg in the next 60 days.

As at last year November, my weight was 120kg and with strnuos exercises and eating much less, I was able to reduce my weight to 90kg by Febuary this year 2014. Since then, all efforts to get to my target weight of 65/70kg have proved abortive (weight fluctuating between 86 and 90kg). I attribute this to dietary problem because our food here is mostly carbohydrate. Vegetables are very few .
I therefore need assistance in setting up a deit plan with detailed calculation of calories and quantity of food stuff that can take me to my target weight.
