I play volleyball, basketball, softball, and gymnastics. I mainly need to lose weight to make the gymnastics team, but I feel like it would also help my performance in the other three sports.

Weight
Anyone know how to pick a good plan and stick to it? Also, I need to lose a lot of weight before tryouts. (almost 30 pounds) I need to make the team that's the only way I can get a scholarship. Any advice on how to do it??? Everyone's help/ advice is greatly appreciated.
