No change in weight but did complete Day 17, 150 squats. Still working on the crunch challenge too and that's 100 crunches done.

I've been at 150 for a few days, so time to up my goal to lose another 10 lbs. New goal weight is 140 lbs. I weighed today at 149, so it's possible.

No changes in my weight for the last few days. Kind of bummed out about that. Checking my food logs for clues because I feel like I'm doing the right things food wise. I did check my measurements and I am still decreasing there, so there is still hope.

Yay!! Met my goal weght today! 26 lbs lost since Memorial Day Weekend. This time doing Atkins I did not have rapid weight loss in a short time, but have gradually lost over a longer period of time and I am extremely happy. I'm going to stew in my happiness for a couple days and then set a new goal. I think I want to loose another 10 lbs and I started walking again because I want to do a half marathon next April. Gives me some time to get ready. My son moved out this weekend and I can set my sewing machine back up. All my clothes are too big and I want to alter the ones I can,,, and maybe sew something new in the correct size.
