Back again. Altho I have joined the challenge of "losing inches" and I am following my "medium protein" diet, I have not been recording all my food. I am wondering why. I really must try harder. I am doing my light weight exercises and feeling very healthy, so I will have to be satisfied with that. Next time I write in FatSecret I will have used my new scales- I just need to buy a battery. It's over a week now, since I discovered "Fat Secret". I have joined an over 50's Group and started a great Challenge "Counting INCHES". I have ordered some "you-beaut" SCALES (does all sorts of BIO things) and did an enormous "shop" yesterday for a good supply of diet ITEMS. I am on the CSIRO Wellbeing Diet (started in OZ, I think) which has a relatively high protein content. Because gelatine is high in protein I usually have a plate of flavoured diet "jelly" (an Australian term) a bit before the main meal. That helps to keep the hunger at bay.
I'm recording my "inches" as follows: UPPER ARM 12; BUST 39; WAIST 33; Belly Button 37 +half; HIPS 45; THIGH 25;
