Ok, so I took an unexpected vacation from SB. I was in a car accident on 3/31 (minor injuries to me, but major to my car), and all I wanted was comfort food - and I indulged. I forgot how wonderful an icy cold regular Coke is.
So, I'm back on the wagon now and ready to lose more weight. And, since I'm not as sore from the wreck now, I'm going to start incorporating Zumba into my schedule.

I JUST TURNED DOWN A PIECE OF MY CO-WORKER'S WEDDING CAKE. WINNING!! Cake is one of my weaknesses.

I just can't seem to get out of the 250s :(
I think I need to move on to Phase II - I think I've lost all the "quick" weight that I can. Maybe I'm not eating enough calories now. And, I need to incorporate exercise into my routine.
Weigh-in:
252.5 lb
lost so far:
16.5 lb
still to go:
92.5 lb
Diet followed reasonably well

Cheat night: 1 piece of fresh bread with a tad of butter, 2 pieces broiled plantains, 2 pork tenderloin medallions, 2 bites of chipotle mashed potatoes, 1 bite of tropical fruit relish and 2 bites of tres leches cake.
It was all yummy and I'm proud of myself that I didn't inhale the potatoes and cake (which was fantastic). But, my tummy didn't like it. . .ha ha
Back on the wagon today and feeling good!

I'm going to a Latin restaurant tonight that is supposed to be fantastic. I'm having TOM cravings (why do they seem worse now that I'm eating healthy??), so I've told myself that I can taste a thing or two, but I cannot gobble down forbidden foods. Moderation, moderation, moderation. This is what I will have to practive for the rest of my life.
