Hi everyone! good morning, I hope all are doing great.
I'm moving to Colchester, Essex, in September, and I am looking for people who would like to be my fitness buddies. I am looking into joining a gym that has a pool (maybe Bannatyne's as it looks great on the website).
Training alone is boring and easier to give up, if someone wants to meet me and go training together and maybe even make meals in our free time (also go for a light coffee or cuppa around town) please do not hesitate to contact me. I will be very happy to meet you!
If you have any other tips on great health centers or gyms around town also do comment!

Hi everyone!
So, I am so excited that I just found this website, how amazing is it, seriously!
I have been browsing for a couple of hours now and it seems to be so supportive!
My life is a complete chaos right now. I'm in the middle of moving from Spain to the UK to start working as a nurse there. This past year I have gained nearly 20 kilos. I went through a break up which was really hard on me. It was also the last year in college and stress was over the top. I overate so much... :(
I have had eating disorder issues in the past. I started being bullimic at around 9 years old. My rock bottom was hit when I was 24 years old. I weighted 54 kilos. It sounds like not so little being 171 cm tall myself but my body type is really large, I have huge bones so 54 kilos was skinny on me.
Then I was on recovery for some years. My maximun was reached on 2009 when I moved to Germany for a year and I ate so bad there that I got up to 103 kilos! Not so far from when I am now at 92 but anyway...
I have set my goal at 60 knowing is really little for me. I would be happy if I got down to 70 kilos which I think looks amazing on me.
Anyway I hope this site works for me and I get to meet some nice people here!

PS: I am not bullimic anymore, I do not fit the criteria, but if I have to be honest I have never been fully recovered. I guess one might say I have ed-nos now as I do engage in some unhealthy eating habits and purging/restricting habits from time to time but I am completly off meds now and not following any profesional advice at the moment.
