well its been a nice week but it did have its challenges I'm proud of me for not giving only but one time to a hot dog sandwich I have been craving all week. and I satisfied it. feeling so much better. staying all way from meat still except for the hot dog, and my blog work came back always a little adjustment can fix what's lacking so I'm feel so much better getting healthier every day. thank you Lord.

well 7 days in and the scale is going in the right direction. I have had no meat products and in every attempt I have bad pain. I'm feeling alot better in every other aspect.

today I feel disgusted, I know what I need to do, but I'm not doing it and I don't know why. I feel stuck, and I hate this feeling. I worked out a day ago and I felt great then snd yesterday, but back to the crappy feeling again. I need to just go all in ni looking back or stopping.
