My actual start weight was 225. Once the challenge started, I couldn't correct it. So actually down 5lbs.

Was doing so well. Then last Oct hit a wall. Weight loss stalled. Gained some weight back. Found out I needed to introduce more weight training into my exercise routine. So I joined a gym and got a trainer. That was going well until the trainer wanted to sell me diet supplements/mixes that he was involved in selling. No thanks. And he told me I needed to up my weight loss to meet HIS goals for the month. Really?? Kind-of deflated me. I have my OWN goals, thank you very much. I get it that he does that for motivation. But that kind of motivation does not work with me. We own our own business and we have many employees that depend on us. I do not need anyone else added to that. So I gave up for several months & gained all of the weight I worked so hard to lose back. Very depressing. Very. Then had some family issues and work issues. Very stressful. So my eating habits became a wreck. Stress eater... that's me. So I am at the bottom. Now I am looking to climb back up again. And for the last time. This will happen. I know it can. I did so well. I will do so again. I hate being overweight. Unhealthy and cannot wear the clothes I love. My plan:
Zumba classes & trail walks (which I love!) and still continued you do even when I gave up. Back to the gym for weight training. On my own. I'll get back with my trainer after I've lost some lbs. Dvd's at home. Love the variation. Tracking my progress here and also with my UP band and app. Tracking all the food I eat. Go me! :)
