Hello, I’m Nichole, a 24 year old from good ol’ Green Bay, Wisconsin. We love brats, beer, and cheese…hence the reason I’m here to shed a few pounds. I’ve struggled with weight loss my entire life, and while I don’t believe I am an unhealthy eater or lack in the physical activity department, there are some obvious lifestyle changes that need to take place.

First and foremost, I love food, any kind of food really, and luckily the junk foods are just as tempting as the healthy alternatives. The biggest issue for me is flavor, if it’s bland I don’t care how healthy it is a Twinkie always looks better. The second issue involving my diet is portion control, here in Wisconsin we love our hearty servings of meat and potatoes.

The second main factor in my weight loss is activity level. Like most Americans there are not enough hours in the day for me to accomplish my daily activities let alone make time to exercise. However, I understand that this is vital to not only losing weight, but becoming a healthier person.

I have laid out my plan below and will do everything in my power to stick to it. I’m looking for all your support and occasional motivation to keep me on track. So I challenge you to challenge me and I shall do the same for you. Good luck to you all in your own personal weight loss journey!

Motivation: 130 days until wedding day
Starting Weight: 207lbs
Goal Weight: Ideal 150lbs, By Wedding 185lbs
Diet Plan: Counting Calories, Increase Activity Level
Weekly Goals: Consume <1200 calories/day, workout 2-3 times for >60min, drink >64oz of water/day
