I haven't been on here since July 23, 2014. I forgot about doing this, but now I am eating healthy and working out at the gym 3 times per week. I had a really bad MS attack, in 2013 and lost some use in the right side of my Brain which left me with not being able to remember some things, well actually a lot of things and some people :-(

I started doing some of this 2 days ago, but I truly started this yesterday 7-22-13, following it strictly.
Protein is good for you, it helps to speed up your metabolism.
