This weight loss was 100% due to loss appetite for a week. When I got my appetite back, I managed to keep the weight off!

Put on about 6kg since I have been on contraceptive medication. Going off it and now I want to lose the weight I have gained and more.
I am a very active individual and love to eat healthy, but fast food is my vice. Something which is going to change.
I am training for the 2 Oceans Half Marathon in April. I have done it before, but I am looking to obtain a personal best of under 2 hours. My current personal best is 2h07min which I achieved off very little training (running 6km 3 times a week).
I am ready to lose this weight and am very privledged to have an energizer bunny and health freak as a best friend who will no doubt be there to support me through this weight loss journey.
