I cheated a bit last night, but I didn't go overboard. Incorporating Zumba with this diet is really working for me.

Only a few days in, and I believe this diet is definitely for me. I stopped having cravings for bad carbs, and I find myself getting full by just eating steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
