Didn't weigh myself after this past weekend, have added weights to my workout plan.I'll weigh again on Friday
I was also advised to squat as frequently as possible?????

Oh my word!!
An entire weekend of really bad eating!!!!!!!
Everything that I should not have, I had... IN ABUNDANCE, the whole weekend.
Very little exercise on saturday morning:)
Starting over this Monday morning.

I know I shouldn't be weighing myself everyday, but I simply cannot resist.
Less than a kilo down, feels good to see a shift, no matter how little.
