Hello. My name is Nat from Thailand. I am male, married with my beautiful wife, no kids. I am 5.5ft high and 138 lbs. I just hit my weight loss goal in March 2019. Now I set myself up for a bit more challenge in losing more 6 lbs by June 2019 while building more muscle mass. In March 2019, I have 19% fat and 49% muscle body. I have strong inspiration to help people staying health, getting in shape they desire.

What's your biggest problem in losing weight?
Hi guys,

I wanted to do a quick survey on weight loss as I see there are many dedicated people to losing weight. All have their own lives and other problems.

Your answers will help me create products and services that are more closely fit your interests and solve your specific problem on losing weight.

I'd really appreciate your feedback and time investment if you give the answers to these quick questions in the survey.
