Have kept up with my walking around Central Park. Today is Memorial day so PT was closed. So I decided to walk two laps (2.4 miles)instead of my usual one mile. Pat went with me and it turned out to be a great idea. She has a longer gate than me and I had to work hard to keep up with her. Plus I didn't want to look bad in front of her. It took 59 minutes to complete our walk, 28 minutes the first lap and the rest of the time we spent on the second.
We over slept by two hours so we were behind on our chores. We starts out by canning the apples we had picked Saturday, almost three bushels. It took us a little over seven hours. That included cleanup and putting away the product. We decided to freeze some and can the rest, we ended up with 14 gallons of frozen apples and thirty four quarts we canned as apple pie filling. We even experimented with making a sugar free receipt.
