Well it's weigh in time. I haven't eaten, I've removed EVERYTHING that could possibly give me extra weight. Here goes nothing!!!!!

Well, well. I know slow and steady wins the race but I was hoping for 5lbs. Some is better than none and truly better than gaining.

Been working hard but I'm still doing good with the calorie count. I spend alot of time on my feet. Even though I do this frequently it still feels like "Aaaauuuggghhh" at the end of the day. 12 shifts suck. I'm exhausted. Looking for that second source of energy I should have Well it's 5 in the morning, time to get dress for work. Happy Life Transition. Diet just sounds so wrong right now.

Not a bad day, a little bit of temptation. But! I handled myself can't wait to weigh myself on Monday.
