Haven't been on here for a over a month.
I started the Dukan Diet about a month ago, I've already lost a month.
I've found it really easy to follow and I don't feel hungry.

One of the good things about this site, apart from the fact it is free and the great data base, which I am addicted to updating, is the buddies.
After walking blindly into calorie controlled misery, err, I mean bliss, a very lovely person pointed out that I was eating enough food to starve myself.
No wonder I've been hungry.
Apparently it's called RDI not RIP and you are suppose to keep within in, not like me, try to cut back on it.
So here it is folks:
DO NOT GO UNDER 1200 A DAY
you won't loose anything as your body will think it is starving itself and not burn the calories.
Quick pass me a bar of dairy milk!
