I've kept up with my workouts and running rreally well but have lost control of my eating! I need to track my food intake better and be sure to be putting out more calories than I'm taking in. I know my running times would improve if I shed 5-7 pounds so that is my goal! I want to be able to balance out eating and not binge at night when watching t.v.
