Does anyone here have a garden? I've started a small indoor garden as a result of the pandemic. I don't ever want to be in a situation where I don't have the basics. Just looking for a few pointers... So far I have a 4 shelf greenhouse, an avocado tree, tomatoes, green beans, spinach, pineapple, lettuce... also a led light. I know it takes time, but advice is welcome

Day 2 of my water fast. Today I will include fresh juice made from celery, cucumber, ginger, lemon, and kale. I will alternate days to maintain some nutrients. My goal is to be healthy and I will be!

I stopped drinking!! Yay!!! 3 days nothing but water of course. The crazy thing is, I didn't realize I was was drinking everyday out of necessity until I noticed I needed it...if that makes sense. Staying home, I got bored and I drank everyday after work, so I quickly noticed a problem. Day one, I actually had withdrawal symptoms! can you imagine?? ughhh, anyway... I'm better now that I know.. thanks for reading
