I have always been very unhealthy as far as my eating is concerned. Growing up with a mother who is obsessed with image, I learned that food should be seen as nothing more than sustenance. I would go weeks on eating 700 calories only to binge for a couple of months on 3 - 4,000 calories a day. I want to be able to eat right, exercise, and maintain a healthy body. It's really hard for me to do on my own since I lack the motivation. I'm hoping that by logging in what I eat and through the support of this community I can reach that goal.
