My Slim4Life counselor had me do a 2 day protein buster diet - it worked! I FINALLY got past 213 - I'd been stuck between 216-213 for 2 WEEKS!! I was getting very irritated but I made it thru - headed to ONEderland!! Can't wait to weigh less than 200lbs!! I'm really looking forward to that!!

I've hit a slump & I'm tired of TRYING to lose weight. I've got to get my mental head back in the game. I don't FEEL very fat since I've lost 39 lbs. & I'm having a hard time getting back in the mode of WANTING to lose the weight I STILL REALLY NEED to lose! I'm sick of chicken & lettuce!! :(
