Hi everyone, I am Teresa out of ATL GA. I am a mother of 4 teenagers. My oldest is a Marine now! I just have 3 left at home. I have a 24hr License in-home child care. I am really busy with family stuff & business. I was Life time w/ WW last year for 6 months. But I had to have a Hyst! So I was on bed rest for 6wks! W/ that being said. I went from 130's for 6+ mos to mid 150's! I am hating this wt. I turn 40 in June.
So my Goal is to be back in my low 130's and look great in a swim suit for my 40th b-day!

Today is my rest day from Wii Active! Wow I need to rest too! I really feel this work out. I have tons of house work to get done. So I will be taking on my stairs just a little more today. I just want to give my self that little extra push.

GM! Well what I day I had yesterday! I did the Wii Active oh yes I love it. I did that in the AM then in the afternoon I did my Wii Fit! I plan to keep it up.
It is too cold in Ga to work out outside!
I got up this morning feeling my work out in my legs & back/shoulders! But it is a good feeling!
I stayed on track w/ my eating as well!
I have to see to day if I am getting the right cal's in!
