SO I havent been keeping track of my foods on here, and I really should. I have been following the weight watchers diet and have been putting my foods in on that sight. its been going really well and I am down almost 20 lbs now from where I started. I have been feeling much better about losing weight.

So I have had a pretty good few days. I finally found out I do not have sleep apnea I am happy about that. I have been thinking about changing my diet up because I just feel hungry all the time. I was offered a deal by the Doc, the doc said he would help me lose weight if I follow the diet the doc is on but I am not sure because the diet you can never deviate away from it or you will gain your weight back and then some. but it goes for the first 2-4 days nothing but protien then add in certian veggies and then add fruit but you can have only 10 carbs a day, so it will be hard because every once in a while I like to have a cheat day. you also have to have B12 injections and take Calcium Pyruvate, also you have to drink 1 gallon of water per day no other types of drinks you lose weight fast on it but I am torn between it and weight watchers. So I am not sure what to do. I have till Friday to make a decision. My doc said he would be keeping an eye on everything I eat and my weight and measurements. So I have a big decision to make.
