ok I've started back on the Orlistat today in the hope if helps me get this weight off. It's going to be hard this week as money's tight until payday so it limits what options I have to eat. I have to say I am getting so fed up of chicken and lean beef mince now!! role on payday so I can stock up of losts of tasty fruits and veggies and get some variety back into my diet.
Starting to find it really hard to keep motivated now though, hubby's no longer helpng and insisted we have a chinese takeaway last night which was not good...

feeling a bit blah today... my weight's gone up half a pound since Monday, hoping it's just a bit of water retention or something.
I need to cut back on the cals a bit as I know they've crept up the last could of days, need to get back in the 1200s or below and get some exercise.
I really want to get down to 190lbs before 10 November!
