I need to get going again. I have decided to bag the whold MD(Medical diet)diet. Yes, I did lose about 20 pounds doing it. It was way over priced, not any diet support like meal ideas. They just wanted you to come in and buy all of their over priced protein food. But I will miss the B12 shots. Once school is over end of July, I am going to really have to kick it in the butt! No more excuses.
