It's amazing how quickly progress comes after the first step. When I started on my treadmill, I walked much slower than I do now. I walked on my mom's treadmill today while she was on her stationary bike and she was amazed that I was "hoofing it" so fast, haha I wanted to encourage her to get back into an exercise routine so I asked her to workout with me today!

In just the short amount of time that I've been walking atleast a mile a day, I have already noticed that I've lost inches [[ haven't measured anything, though! ]]... I know because my XL shirts are too big and I'm now in Medium sized t-shirts!! My pants are too big, also! I don't plan on splurging on clothing until I get to my goal weight... that's going to be my reward to myself. Until then, I will just do the Thrift Store thing so I can save money since I won't be a certain size forever. It's so encouraging to see progress. My hubby even said he can tell and that I look "curvier" lol :D yay me! Once I am at my goal weight, I have plans to buy a beautiful bikini. le sigh.
