I hate to do it..but I must leave the Atkins way.
Im going to try something else.
Dont get me wrong,Atkins is great,but Im not enjoying it anymore.
I'd love to keep in touch with my Atkins friends old and new.
Support is what its all about not what diet you are on.

Well,I have been away..with personal issues as well as health problems, I havent been able to stay on track.
I've taken a look at my past posts and weigh ins. I'm back and ready to try to give it a go again.
I'll be changing my goal weight as, I think that I was shooting way too high.
Baby steps for me from now on. It's the afternoon of day 1. I say day because,I truly am starting over.
