Well, im back from time off... Didnt do so well on the calorie counting,,, but thinking on the positive side... Im back in full swing... starting today. Eating right and excersizing daily!!! :D

Well... Day 1 on Calorie Counting plus working out... Have been working out sparatically in the last few months,, but every time i loose weight i gain it back,,, got down to 184lbs but now im back up in the 200lb mark, it was hard to break that mark before, but im sure i can do it with a bit of dedication and hard work... Good Luck to me!! :)
