I was able to maintain my food plan yesterday and got in a lot of water. I was able to do 200 stairs three different times yesterday and am looking to add another 100 in another week or so. I went home and did a brisk walk for roughly 30 minutes and another 20 minutes of aerobics of dancing carelessly around the house at a fast pace. I have decided to purchase Tae Bo so that I am not just doing empty dancing but more targeted excercises and will be able to know the time. I have been using 1 pound weights for my hands but will also purchase some 2 or 3 pound weights for my arms while walking and doing the tae bo. I am doing horribly when it comes to eating at night. I had Pringles - low fat but I still ate them around 9:00pm. I also have a sweet tooth that is holding me back that I need to learn to control. I had a Little Debbie Oatmeal Creme Pie unfortunately so I feel that my workout would have been better had I not fallen off last night. I will stay focused though and keep persevering!
