bad day! I truly love snacking and today was a day I truly felt like doing just that. I truly think meals are soooo boring! But I know today cannot happen every day! So, we start again tomorrow :) Happy 24hrs like another group would say! Same applies here, a day at a time.

Although my breakfast may look a bit heavy, I actually ate my peanut butter flat bread at about 7am and will be eating the rest of my breakfast around 10am with lunch at 1:00pm and my snack at around 4pm. All 3hrs apart leading me to a hard workout with my friend April. Then dinner after workout around 7pm. That should end my day ... wait, I should have another snack around 8pm ;)

Did bad today although staying below my calorie intake. Too much 'fat' on my intake. Will do better tomorrow by sticking to my Lean Cuisine Diet ;)
