I got lucky this week. I had an okay week, but i definately did not have a good last couple of days. It wasn't even that I was pigging out or anything, I was just forgetting to eat and then eating the wrong things when I remembered. But I still did ALOT better than the week before, so I'm saying yay me. I also did 50 minutes on the eliptical today so maybe it's the endophrines talking about yay me :)

I'm back on track and it's hard but I'm sticking to it. 4 cookie offers, 2 donut/danish offers and 1 delectable candy offer. I turned them all down :) People keep telling me I'm permitted a cheat day or two but with me, it doesn't end there. So I simply said no thanks.

This week was absolutely HORRIBLE!! Way too much going on, forgot to pack, then once I was off track I told myself I could restart next week. That was not a good idea as I've gained weight :( However, I have gone to Kroger and I have the goods to get back to packing and working out. Let the good times roll.

So far so good. Sticking to the points and eating good. Had a candy craving yesterday and actually managed to count and limit myself to 20 Reese's Pieces for 2 pts. I'd normally eat the entire large bag!! Satisfied the craving and I'm good to go. :) Headed to the gym tonight and I'm going to try the eliptical - wish me luck!

This weekend was hard and I slacked. I so could've pulled a smaller weigh in. Well I'm back on track and better for next week!
