Gluten free avocado toast with a plum. A 255 calorie breakfast.

Lunch meal prep for most of the work week. 6oz Baked B/S Chicken Breast, 10 roasted baby carrots and Garlic & Parsley Potoatoes. 1Tbsp of EVOO on the potatoes and 1Tbsp of EVOO on the carrots (2Tbsp total for 4 servings). Just under 350 calories per lunch.

Trying to get in a little bit of exercise every day. I have bad knees that snap, crackle and pop constantly, so I have stuck to walking in the evening after dinner, the exercise bike and and light cardio that is easy on the knees.
That combined with logging all my food and staying under my calorie Rande everyday. Hoping to see some results the next time I step on the scale (still haven't decided if I want to do it weekly or bi-weekly).
I broke down and bought a battery for my scale on Tuesday and updated my weight to the 235.2 that it said, but half of the things I update in this app seem to not stick.
