I didn't go to gym this week. I had stressful week full of electronic engineering exams. but I was stick on my diet and I walk and do hard job studing. I will be back to gym 4 days aweek with new food system soon.
I'm already fit.. feeling so proud .. from 95kg to 76.4

I was full of hope and i was so determined to achieve that !!! I HAVE DREAMS AND TARGET !!!
I am so happy with what I achieved, I am almost there near from the perfect weight. I was using dumbells and high intensity cardio workout but now I will go to gym 3 times or 2 times aweek and build some muscles to have the perfect body in October inchallah :)

Wow I am so happy, actually I was 93 kg since 1 month not 3 weeks and I decided not to check my weight before 4 weeks to avoid any erros and i want to see a big difference. so i started Fatsecret after 1 week from my start.
I work out 3 times a week at home, i eat healthy food, I don't starve but i calculate calories and i go away from saturated fats or any white wheat or rice or sugar.
I am glad and I look better now
My target is 70 or 75 . Alhamdulelah ^_^
