I am proud to say I up-ed my calorie intake and just started focusing more on healthy food. I was dieting pretty viciously in july with most days below 1200 calories, but now that school is starting I wanted to focus on more about steady intake. I realized it means nothing to crash diet if you can't steadily consume the same amount so that the average intake overall is lower.
I saw and learned from people who consumed only about 1200-1400 calories everyday without a problem, versus me where i'd consume very low one day but overeat the next day... the average calorie consumed was higher by 100-200 then people just regularly eating 1200 calories a day and not starve themselves.
Many things to still continue to learn! I agree with many people, crash dieting doesn't help you lose weight any faster seriously!

purposely going to overeat today. I need to fix my sleep schedule so im pulling off a allnighter until 10PM for bed. Ill be so stuff around 2100 calories, that most likely I wont be hungry for a good 5 hours .
