Went to Volunteer work with my one bestfriend! We ended up staying in downtown for almost 12 hours (8am-7pm), super tired, but we walked a lot, stand up a lot, and even sat a lot. But all that counts toward burning calories though!
Getting closer and closer to my weight-loss goal !
Another month to lose 5 more pounds!

My menustration cycle started today ~-~ and I ate about 5-6 bars of 300 calorie ice cream. I'm 1100kcal over my BMR.. wow right. Welp this is a sign actually im seeing that eating below 700 calories IS NOT GOING TO WORK long run, so i'm deciding to cut about 750-800 calories eat day, its safer than eating only about 450 calories a day.
My new amount of calories I should be eating 750-1000 calories a day, no less and no more than between that amount.
Wont be losing a pound (121) until 2-3 days later T~T, my fault for overeating

Super tired, was volunteer for the RedCross today ^^
We were packaging items to send to the military soldiers *solutes* hope they enjoy the package of supplies we sent me (granola bars, snacks, hygienic equipment, etc.) !
So tired today that I don't feel like eating so often anymore, just plainly tired... the box of mini microwavable burgers my mom got yesterday are absolutely weird looking, not appetizing looking at all.
Also the box of ice cream she bought home is loaded with calories! 300 calories in 1 ice cream bar that wont even keep me filled for a hour, just WOW..so I guess im not going to be enjoying any cold sweet treats at home for awhile now.
Doing well so far on my weightloss, 1 more month left before school starts in September, I got this!

WooHoo finished my Volunteer work with red cross, the man I was working with at the volunteer event even got his girlfriend to come out and meet me ^^
I overate so much last night that I didn't feel hungry this whole day, pretty amazing how my body cant recognize if I haven't eaten for awhile.
But today was a fun day :) and better yet, when I came home at 7:55pm, she asked me "your jeans aren't so tight anymore? and I said "Oh wait you noticed?", made me feel really good.
