Started with a personal trainer two days ago and man is he kickin my butt! I already feel stronger and as soon as I get my diet in check and stable at around 1500 calories or less I'll be in great shape.
First day of working out was on Wednesday, so Im four days in.
Benched on Wednesday
175lbs x 5 reps ~~ 197 ORM
Not bad considered before winter break (Dec 7) I benched
205lbs x 2 reps ~~ 211 ORM
Im weighing in every sunday so we'll see tomorrow if its paying off yet.

Took a one month break for the holidays and now I am back and more determined than ever! I haven't lifted weights in a good four weeks, I feel so weak! But track season starts on February 1st so I need to get my ass in shape!
