Day 3 - I was Whole30 compliant all day. Had a chicken leg, steamed veggies and a sparkling water for supper. Bought some Madjool dates to use in a couple of recipes. I was weak and ate 2 of them. Technically compliant but not as a "treat". It was freaking glorious. I'm not even sorry. Only 27 days to go.

Purged the cupboards and fridge last night. Grocery shopping today. Started Whole30. 1st priority isn't weight loss but more energy, less bloat and less inflamation. Fingers crossed.
