Here I sit in my room at my heviest ever 335 pounds and I am unhappy and sad I am trying not to turn to food for my depression I need all the motivation and helpfull hints I can get its getting ready to be a new year and I really need a change I am single with no kids and I want a healthy normal life before I get to old!!
