So..
I'm still in shock, but the whole reason I started/kept trying to lose weight was so I could eventually get pregnant. Lo and behold, I hit my goal without going anywhere near my target weight.

So I have other things to keep track of now and all kinds of updates to leave on my personal social media for my family, which means I might be silent on here off and on. I will still try to use this site as a tool for helping to keep me on track, but we will see what my Dr says about my nutritional needs...

Woke up sore from yesterday's activities (walking around town, and dancing with the Eagle Tribe) but also queasy, same as last night. I had fun but my tummy has not been very nice to me the last few days. Didn't go to karaoke because of being so tired and upset-stomached. Only had some deviled eggs and roasted red potatoes for dinner, no drinks, only water. Hopefully I will have less soup and more steamed broccoli instead of the delicious garbage all around... mmmm, delicious garbage...

Did more research on PCOS meal plans but never finished nor walked after work because I ended up with a stomach ache and a migraine. I sat in my car for half an hour waiting for traffic to die down and trying to muster the strength to get home. It might have been the green tea and honey I drank... or the Monster... =_=;
I made it home fine after the rest, then I napped in the car for about 20 minutes, once I got myself inside I passed out on the bed for about an hour. That really helped me feel better. I ended up eating some chicken wings and some mozzy sticks for dinner, then back to bed about 3 hours later for a bright and early rise at 5am, lol. I had been loving the soup they have for the high school fundraiser, though!

Still struggling with figuring out good food choices for my hormonal imbalances. I researched a lady on a site called mypcoskitchen, and she had good things to say, but the choices and lifestyle she has (in Japan) is not a good fit for me. I am not within safe walking distance from a fresh grocer, nor do I have access to fresh seafood without it being pretty pricey. All of my veggies are frozen because I'm not always sure when I'll be able to eat them, and those that are refrigerated are eaten as fast as possible lest they spoil. The search will continue...
I plan to walk after work as long as the weather doesn't get crazy.
