When will people realize that telling other people they are fat is not motivating?! And is actually the opposite, demotivating or depression inducing. Lose weight for you. Buy sexy underwear because it makes you feel sexy. Get a boob job for you. Sit on the couch and eat Cheetos for you. If someone doesn't like you for who you are and what makes you feel good, screw 'em. Don't change for others. Change for you. I'll get off my soapbox now.
