Hi! I´m a 23 y.o girl. I´ve finished my college last year in Customs Administration and Foreign Trade. I live in Heredia, Costa Rica. I started here because I have over weight, I need to lost about 15kg and I know the way you eat it´s really important. I hope I can reach this goal in one year.
